Established in 1993, Park Grove creates unique and memorable schemes for a wide range of clients within the commercial sector, specialising in boutique hotels, residential developments, care (including dementia & neuro), retirement & F&B.

Our dedicated and experienced Brighton based team turn-around creative and award winning interiors from concept and design detailing through to procurement and fit out. We have no prescriptive style. Instead, we interpret the needs of our clients creating truly inspiring, timeless interiors...

Lori Pinkerton-Rolet


Director PPBIID, Reg. ID, IIDA

Lori has been Director of Park Grove Design since 1993, working in the hospitality and high-end residential sectors, with a keen interest in the improvement of design criteria within care, dementia and retirement facilities. In 2012 she received the BIID Award of Merit for outstanding achievement in the field of Interior Design and is a Past President of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID), and a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). As a consultant, she has advised furniture and flooring companies on product development and was appointed by Azko Nobel (Dulux) to conduct the research for their care and dementia colour ranges. Lori is a frequent speaker at international interior design events, and hosts the thirdage.design podcast (TAD), with listeners in 63 countries.

    Georgina Chamberlain

    Senior FF&E Designer

    Georgina brings her wealth of experience to Park Grove, following over 15 years in Interior and FF & E design within large international design practices working on 5 star hotels and resorts, high end residences, and the aerospace industry.  With  expertise and flair for bringing together interior spaces from concept to completion, she has worked on a diverse range of projects from the British Airways Concorde Lounge and Saudia Airlines cabin interiors, to hotels, luxury developments and brand strategy.

    Samantha Acquaye

    Senior Designer

    Joining Park Grove in 2018, Samantha had enjoyed over 13 years in the luxury residential interiors market as head designer. Working alongside large luxury developers and within the private sector she has a strong background in both technical and FF & E Design and prides herself on her ability to drive and manage a project from its conceptual stages through to completion. Her strength derives from being able to work on all aspects of the design process, with a focus on the technical aspects and a keen eye for detail.

    Lucy Evans

    Senior Designer

    Lucy has worked with Park Grove for over a decade, having previously run her own interior design company.  She is highly experienced in organising and managing large scale projects and fully understands the intricacies and complexity involved.  With strong organisational and logistical skills and a keen eye for detail, Lucy is well-placed in coordinating everything from concept design to project management and FF & E procurement, ensuring project run seamlessly from start to finish.

    Iona Cull

    Designer

    Iona is the newest addition to the team, bringing over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. She has contributed to a wide range of international projects, including 5-star hotels, restaurants, offices, spas, and high-end residential developments. Iona has played a key role in every stage of the design process—from initial concept and design development to specification writing, detailed drawings, and FF&E procurement. Iona has high attention to detail and is committed to delivering thoughtfully designed and functional spaces.

How We Work

    Concept

    During the brief stage we take the time to learn about the clients needs, ensuring that we understand all factors such as time scale, budget, and any structural or administrative requirements

    Presentation

    Concept sketches and mood boards help to refine the client brief and concept development, enabling our clients to picture the completed project.

    Specification

    Working to your budget, line-item FF&E schedules are produced for your sign-off. All furnishings are evaluated for quality, durability and value for money.

    Procurement

    Our skilled procurement team meticulously oversee and handle every aspect of the ordering process, ensuring a seamless and timely experience from beginning to end.

    Design Detailing

    We produce detailed design drawings for the tender and construction stages. From joinery packages to electrical layouts, our input ensures the vision for the project is met.

    Installation

    Our team coordinate the fit-out from furniture placement and soft furnishings, to placing accessories. Our attention to detail and organisation ensures a successful hand-over.
