Park Grove Design were appointed by The Grand to revamp the Victoria Terrace to become a destination for ‘Afternoon Tea by the Sea’.  The interior design is based on the theme of the original Victorian glass/steel conservatory with botanical mural and contemporary furniture shapes. The bright interior colour scheme inspired the new uniforms which were made by bespoke tailors Gresham Blake to coordinate with the new brand. The menus incorporate the artwork of the mural, as well as the cushion fabric detailing.
