Park Grove were appointed to refurbish the MTI Building in it’s entirety. The specified project uplifts include improvements to Pensioner bedrooms, lounge, dining spaces, and corridors. To create a warmer aesthetic in the new Long Wards a custom carpet was designed with inset ‘rugs’, breaking up the long corridors and assisting with wayfinding.
