Park Grove complete fitout of 4th new build care home for Hamberley Development

Park Grove were appointed in 2018 to create a new interior brand for Hamberley Development who have commissioned a number of refurbishments as well as several new build care homes in the UK. 

Our brief included full shell design, joinery and FF&E that would be rolled out across multiple projects. Park Grove produce a full drawing package for each scheme, adapting the typical specifications to suit each individual site. 

The most recent completion is Abbots Wood Manor Care Home in Hailsham, East Sussex. This state-of-the-art 60-bedroom home provides nursing and specialist dementia care. It features double height windows to upper-level communal spaces and offers a high-end yet warm, inviting homely environment. 

As with all luxury Hamberley Care Homes, it has excellent facilities including an inhouse cinema, hair salon and elegant communal areas for residents to relax and enjoy. 

Unique touches such as specially themed areas in travel, music and culture for dementia residents help support the Hamberley ethos of providing a truly personalised approach to care allowing residents to live fulfilled and meaningful lives every day.

The home is also built to the highest Covid-secure standards and includes The Family & Friends visitation suite, in-built thermal imaging technology in the entrance lobby and an optimised ventilation system which ensures air in public spaces is fully replaced every 15 minutes.
